Permanent Pit-Hole Repair

Looking for a fast, safe repair without disrupting pipeline operations? Welding a Weld+Cap over a Smith+Clamp (sizes 4” and larger) makes the pit-hole repair permanent. Better yet, it can be welded while the line is in service.

The Weld+Cap meets the latest unfired pressure vessel specifications and is designed for maximum allowable working pressures up to 2000psi. Stock sizes are 4”-48” and are contoured and beveled. Custom sizes are available upon request.
