PLIDCO® guarantees our products will stand the test of time. Which is why we’re now offering an industry-leading 10-year warranty, which can be extended throughout the full design life of the product – a total of 25 years.
From the date of shipment from our factory, or from a PLIDCO® authorized reseller or distributor, we warrant our products to be in conformity with all written specifications provided by our customers, end users, resellers, agents, and/or distributors. It promises our products are free from defects in design, material and manufacture.
Our limited warranty ensures these products are suitable for the purposes for which these are manufactured and sold. The warranty on any parts or components not manufactured by the Company shall not exceed the warranty of the parts and components manufacturer.
How it Works
PLIDCO®’s new 10-year limited warranty applies to all new equipment purchased after May 1, 2025, but can be extended to last the full design life of the product. Here’s how:
- Warranties may be extended for five years each for undergoing:
- PLIDCO® Reconditioning, or
- PLIDCO® Certified Refurbishing
- PLIDCO® Certified Refurbishing or Reconditioning can be completed multiple times, allowing you to extend the warranty period for the full design life of the product—up to 25 years.
Have an older fitting?
If your PLIDCO® fitting was purchased before May 1, 2025, the original 5-year warranty applies. However, your product is still under an active 5-year warranty, you may extend a warranty for an additional five years for undergoing PLIDCO® Reconditioning or Certified Refurbishing. This can be done multiple times, allowing you to extend the warranty period for the full design life of the product—up to 25 years.
If the initial five-year warranty period has expired, PLIDCO® Certified Refurbishing or Reconditioning may still be an option for your product – if it is still within the design life of the product. Warranty extensions of five years will be applied for any product approved by PLIDCO® for Certified Refurbishing or Reconditioning services. Contact a PLIDCO® representative to learn more!
